Mansion House Farm Paintball's Playing Fields are open for play on Saturdays and Sundays during the entire year. The fields can be reserved Saturday or Sunday for special events, groups, corporate outings and parties with one week notice.  Individual walk-on players may arrive during the day, and may join the play at any time. Games are played rain or shine. Breaks are taken at players discretion and the length is determined by the players.

Directions:
From South of Bear DE. (i.e. Middletown) - Take route 896 North to Porter road. Make a right turn onto Porter road. We are the first driveway on the right.

From North of Bear DE. (i.e Newark) - Take route 896 South to Porter road. Make a left turn onto Porter road. We are te first driveway on the right. 

From West of Bear DE. (i.e.  Maryland)- Take route 40 East. Turn  right on rote 896 South. Make a left turn onto Porter road (first redlight). We are the first driveway on the right.
